If you are feeling unwell, you visit a doctor. Companies are no different and often an external review can help a business identify problems and focus on solutions.

How we can help

A full review normally takes between three and five days and will identify the key problems and what action is needed. An action plan will be produced and you will have a clear framework with which to begin to get your business back in shape.

Sometimes problems can be identified and corrected during the review but if you need any help with the implementation, this is available.

Depending if any subsidies are available the cost of the review will be between £600 and £1,000. For this you will get a very thorough review and clear no nonsense action plan.
